A Sea-to-Table experience THURSDAY 16th April 2026, 6:30 PM Step into the soul of the coast. An Evening inspired by ancient fishermen’s recipes, reimagined with a modern culinary touch. Our Gianluca pays homage to traditional cooking, humble ingredients, bold flavours and slow techniques. Each course is thoughtfully paired with fine wines selected to enhance the character of the sea. Melted butter and Anchovies on a thin toasted bread Paired with Falanghina Spumante, La Marchesana Polvanera Grilled Cuttlefish with Orange hearts, Fresh fennel and Lemon Citronette Paired with Pecorino, Scuderie Ducali, Centorame Stuffed Mussels cooked with our secret recipe Paired with La Marchesana Minutolo, Cantine Polvanera Bean shaped Apulian Pasta with cannellini beans velvet sauce and Mussels Paired with Lamo Ottavianello, Tenute Rubino King prawns and lime Risotto Paired with Vermentino di Liguria Colli Lunae, Lunae Bosoni Octopus and Pecorino Balls served with spicy marinara sauce Castellum Vetus, Trebbiano DOC Colli Teramani, Centorame Swordfish Parcels stuffed with scented breadcrumb and calamari Paired with Donna Luigia, Malvasia Di Candia DOC, Torre Fornello The Event is meant to be a tasting experience with premium food and wine.
We will serve 7 glasses by 70ml of wine accompanying a tasting-portion for the 7 courses
About Us
We opened our doors in August 2013 with the aim of bringing lesser-known regional Italian cuisine to Fulham – food and drink from Puglia and the region of Salento. Since then we have had the opportunity to showcase all the wonderful food we grew up with.
