Step into the soul of the coast. An Evening inspired by ancient fishermen’s recipes, reimagined with a modern culinary touch.

Our Gianluca pays homage to traditional cooking, humble ingredients, bold flavours and slow techniques. Each course is thoughtfully paired with fine wines selected to enhance the character of the sea.

Bean shaped Apulian Pasta with cannellini beans velvet sauce and Mussels

5 – Risotto Gamberoni e Lime

King prawns and lime Risotto

Paired with Vermentino di Liguria Colli Lunae, Lunae Bosoni

6 – Polpette di Polpo e Pecorino

Octopus and Pecorino Balls served with spicy marinara sauce

Swordfish Parcels stuffed with scented breadcrumb and calamari
